Take 835 to 833. Follow signs to the Big Cypress Seminole Reservation.

From West Palm Beach:
Take Sawgrass Expressway to I-75 (Alligator Alley) north.  Take exit 49 and follow signs 19 miles to park entrance.

From Miami – Pending Location:
Take I95 north to 595 west to I75 (Alligator Alley) north.  Take exit 49 and follow signs 19 miles to park entrance.

From Miami – Pending Location:
Take 836/826 to US 27 to I75 (Alligator Alley) north.  Take exit 49 and follow signs 19 miles to park entrance.
